4.1.5:增加G01宏程序钻孔功能. w m# Q4 \; D8 c! |* v
mastercam钻孔采用G01宏程序方式这个是全新的功能,在默认后处理中G01输出,但不是循环加工的,而是直接一次加工到位。没有退刀动作,这样不利于排屑,容易损害刀具6 c. @* K/ v7 H% d% N' K0 p; W
同时当采用G01钻孔的模式时,就会丧失G81---G8X功能中部分功能。6 Y( g7 \7 B4 c$ M4 o$ L, V
而在原有的G8X钻孔的模式下再开发用G01钻孔的功能,这2个功能能够将同时存在,并可以混合使用。能够做到浅孔用G8X模式,深孔部分用G01模式,节约加工时间,同时对刀具起到很好的保护。
